Our People
Workforce capacity was a focus, with constant recruitment needed across the organisation to meet service delivery requirements and community needs.
With 83 employees welcomed and a 7.03% year-on-year growth in FTEs, we have continued to scale and onboard staff to ensure social impact across our contracted programs and areas of specialist service.

Improved Finance Systems

Our staff see Micah Projects as highly innovative (82%) and committed to achieving its goals (83%).
Continual Improvement
2023-24 saw a range of improvements that are ongoing.
- Formation of the Data Governance Committee and review of our case management system.
- Implementation of an improved phone system to meet 24/7 service requirements and high call volumes (more than 112,000 phone calls received).
- Development of a new IT Roadmap to support a scaling workforce.
- Improved learning and development program for staff is underway, to ensure best practice across the organisation.
Quality Statement
Micah Projects has strong and robust quality management systems. These support a continuous quality improvement framework including, but not limited to, service integration and feedback systems to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for participants that receive services from Micah Projects.
Our organisation is committed to reinforcing continuous quality improvement through strong governance partnerships with quality assurance, data consolidation, and innovation from evaluations and feedback.
In 2023-24, Micah Projects:
- achieved certification against the National Standards for Mental Health Services Accreditation
- earned re-certification against the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards
- maintained certification against the Human Service Quality Standards
Our partnership clinic at the Inclusive Health and Wellness Hub was accreditation against the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) with the support of Micah Projects.
These certifications and accreditations demonstrate compliance to strong service integration and referral pathways for participant outcomes.
Micah Projects successfully completed all audits this year with full conformance to all standards assessed.
